Our lowest-cost option, delivered on a set day for your area between 5.30am and 8am.
Crawley orders need to be with us by 8pm on Tuesday for the Wednesday drop. Orders after that cannot be guaranteed for the same week, although we will always try.
Our 99p Crawley delivery is a one-off service, so we work to strict timelines to keep our promise.

Order by midday for delivery the next day, between 8am and 3pm.
We confirm a 2 hour delivery window on the day.
We can often deliver the same day, sometimes within 30 minutes of your order. If we can, we will contact you directly to confirm.

How your order arrives

Every delivery is made by us, in our own vehicles. We do not rely on couriers to meet deadlines, so we can guarantee your order arrives in perfect condition.
Orders are packed 1 hour before dispatch, so the cold chain is never broken.
Once at your address, we leave your order on the doorstep in a single use bag, the same as supermarkets that make doorstep deliveries.
If you are not available, we are happy to place your order into your own thermal packaging.

Packaging chargeUnless you select thermal packaging at checkout, we deliver in a single use carrier bag. Thermal packaging and icepacks are available for £3 per order. Under optimal conditions, when fully packed to 12kg, our thermal packaging keeps your order cold for up to 48 hours.
