Flying from Gatwick? Plan the hand-over around your flight
Most kennels and catteries only take drop-offs and collections in set windows, often closed at lunchtime and on some Sunday afternoons. Check the times before you book flights.
Give them your flight numbers, so they know if a delayed return means a late collection, and ask what late or extra-night fees apply.
Kennels usually need up-to-date vaccinations, and many also ask for kennel cough vaccine for dogs, given at least two weeks before the stay. Take your vaccination card.
Bring your pet’s usual food, especially if they’re raw fed. Ask whether the kennel can store frozen food.
Information collected from public Google listings and customer reviews in October 2026. Only businesses rated 4 stars or more at the time are included. Hours and services change, so please check with them directly. This page is a directory of local businesses, not a list of recommendations, and Dogs Life Raw Food doesn’t endorse any of them. Spotted something out of date, or a kennel we’ve missed? Let us know.
Tell us about your dog and we'll work out a daily starting amount of complete raw food, how to split it into meals, and how much you'll need each month.
This is a guide for complete raw food, not veterinary advice. Every dog is different, so weigh your dog every couple of weeks and adjust to keep a healthy body shape. If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, please ask your vet.
