I collected my order and Jo's husband Andy was the same, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I like to shop locally and these guys offer an impressive choice of food, treats and chews at very reasonable prices. I was extremely impressed with their stock. They are also well packaged to ensure they get home without thawing which is important for me as it can be several hours before I end up back home. I have sought advice from 3 other pet shops during this raw feeding journey and sadly not had much help at all, so it has been a relief to find Jo and Andy. Would definitely recommend using dogs life raw food, wasn’t too sure about going onto raw food at first but now we have we would never go back. With being on raw food our Staffordshire bull terrier’s coat is lovely, thick and healthy and doesn’t have any skin allergies or problems that a lot of them do when on dry food. Our girl never gets bored of her dinners and knows exactly when it is dinner time. Dogs life raw food has a brilliant selection of good quality meats which compared to a couple local companies we had tried is a lot better quality meat and has a lot less of the waste filling meat (gristle and fats) that a lot what the other companies sell consist of. They also have a great variety of treats which our girl loves- especially the yak bars, rabbit and lamb ears, sprats etc… Training has been a breeze as she is fully food orientated with the training treats available. Aside from the food, the owners are brilliant and always happy to help, giving their advice and guidance. Every time we have had a delivery they have been reliable, are reasonably priced and always go the extra mile with their service. If I have ever forgotten to put an order in they always have instant responses and have allowed me to arrange collection quickly. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else!
