Economy Delivery
Locations we offer for local delivery :
Crawley – 99p Delivery – Sunday between 9am & 3pm. Minimum order £10
Horley / Redhill / Reigate – £1.99 Delivery – Sunday between 9am & 3pm. Minimum order £20
Our 99p delivery service is unique within the Crawley area. As such we work to strict timelines to ensure we can achieve our delivery promise.
Single purchase customers should ensure that orders are with us by no later than MIDDAY on Saturday, for a Sunday delivery slot the same week . Please be aware of the minimum order values.
Any orders received after this time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered the same week, although we will always try.
All deliveries are made by us in our own vehicles which means we don’t rely on couriers to meet deadlines and can guarantee your delivery will arrive in perfect condition. We use thermal packaging at all times, which under optimal conditions when fully packed to 12kg, will last for up to 48 hours. All deliveries are packed 1 hour prior to dispatch to ensure the cold chain is never broken.
Next Day Delivery
Crawley, Horley, Redhill & Reigate Postcodes only
For £3.99 we are able to offer a next day delivery service for all orders with a minimum order value of £20 within Crawley, Horley, Redhill & Reigate postcode areas.
Orders must be received by Midday every day for next day delivery between 8am – 3pm.
We will confirm a 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. In the event we have the ability to deliver the same day we will contact you directly to confirm.
** Packaging Charges
In order for us to maintain our Economy 99p delivery service we rely on our customers returning the thermal packaging to be reused for further deliveries. At times where packaging is not returned and a further cost to purchase new packaging is incurred we reserve the right to apply Packaging Costs at the checkout based on the following rates.
1kg – 12kg = £2
13kg – 24kg = £4
25kg and above = Zero Packaging charge
Packaging Return Credit : If a delivery is made which attracts a packaging charge and the packaging is returned to us at the point of delivery, we will place a credit on the account on the same day of delivery for the packaging charge value. This can be used on any future order in full or part payment of the new order value.

Emergency Supplies and Special Deliveries
We are not a standard retail shop so we don’t have to play by the usual rules. We will work with you whenever possible to ensure your pet is never left hungry, even outside of normal hours. Please contact us for more information or any queries.
Click & Collect
A free Click and Collect service is available for all postcodes. Please make contact with us to ensure we are available to dispatch your order at a convenient time .
